Procurement Manager

Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with over 140,000 employees worldwide. This client covers smart working enhancements: neurodiversity-focused workspace settings and advanced meeting/video-conferencing facilities.

This client has expanded its ESG capability in Asia. This bolsters their regional ESG advisory, compliance, reporting, training, and benchmarking services

What client is looking for

• Degree and above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or related discipline
• Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on Procurement experience in large MNCs or sizable companies
• With Procurement experience in Facilities Management/Property Management will be an advantage
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
