As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As our Procurement Manager, you will oversee and lead procurement operations across all business units - including caf, retail, and wholesale. You will ensure consistent supply of high-quality products, negotiate with suppliers, and streamline purchasing processes to meet business needs while upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for food, beverage, retail, and operational supplies
- Source and evaluate suppliers locally and overseas to ensure best value and quality
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimise cost-efficiency
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly
- Stay informed on industry trends and proactively introduce new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B or retail
- Strong understanding of supplier networks and import processes
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Passion for quality food, sustainability, and ethical sourcing is a strong plus
- Prior experience in ERP/procurement systems is advantageous
