Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement function, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors
• Oversee preparation and approval of purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and support project needs
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budget controls, and regulatory requirements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and supplier databases
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental objectives

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum [12] years of relevant procurement experience, including managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Proficient in ERP / procurement systems and MS Excel
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in construction / manufacturing / industrial environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in cost control and vendor optimization
