Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Procurement Manager to spearhead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major Oil & Gas EPC Projects. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for architecting sourcing frameworks, driving high-stakes negotiations, and ensuring thecost-effective acquisition of mission-critical materials and services. You will be the primary authority ensuring that procurement activities align with aggressive project schedules, technical specifications, and global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that synchronize with project execution plans, budgets, and critical path milestones.
  • Lifecycle Management: Lead the full tendering process-from initial market mapping and vendor qualification to rigorous bid evaluation and contract award.
  • Commercial Leadership: Drive complex negotiations with global vendors to secure optimal commercial terms while maintaining technical and quality integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams to streamline the transition from technical requisition to final purchase order.
  • Governance & Oversight:Review and approve high-value purchase orders, master service agreements, andcomplex vendor contracts to ensure corporate and project-level protection.
  • Performance & RiskManagement: Monitor vendor delivery schedules and performance KPIs, proactivelymanaging risks, cost variances, and change orders.
  • Compliance Advocacy: Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies,project-specific procedures, and international trade regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10to 15 years of robust procurement experience within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors, including a proven track record in managerial or leadership capacities.
  • Deep understanding of EPC procurement workflows, global vendor ecosystems, and sophisticated contract administration.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic vision, and the ability to managehigh-performance teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value procurement packages simultaneously under tight project deadlines and high-pressure environments.
