Job Description:
Manage procurement of fresh vegetables and fruits from local and overseas suppliers
Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse team
Ensure product quality and timely delivery
Maintain supplier relationships
Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in procurement (preferably food trading industry)
Good knowledge of vegetable and fruits sourcing
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Class 5 driving licence preferred
Able to manage a team
