Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop supplier network, secure reliable and cost-effective fresh products

- Plan seasonal procurement to ensure timely supply and optimize inventory turnover.

- Monitor product quality, shelf life, and margin performance

- Drive category operations including product setup, listings, and promotions

- Source and onboard new products to meet customer demand

Job Requirement

- 3+ years procurement experience in fresh or frozen food

- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of international food markets and trade preferred

- Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus) to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking associates.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
