We are looking for a dynamic Business Strategy Manager / Operations manager to assist in executing global business strategies, driving cross-functional coordination, leading key strategic initiatives, and expanding ecosystem partnerships to support the high-growth operations of a Web3 social e-commerce platform.
Reporting to : Singaporean CEO, based in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Operations:
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, monitor KPIs and financial performance, and leverage market research to drive business optimization. - Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead high-priority strategic initiatives, collaborate across teams including product, marketing, and growth to ensure effective execution, and manage relationships with external partners. - Ecosystem Partnerships & Business Development:
Identify and negotiate ecosystem collaborations, evaluate business opportunities, and help strengthen the platform's industry positioning. - Executive Support:
Provide decision-making support to the CEO, prepare materials for investors and board meetings, and prioritize strategic-level initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5yr+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations, ideally within Web3, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical, execution, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven experience in ecosystem development and executive-level reporting, with a strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Biligual in Mandarin and English to liaise with group Chinsese-speaking stakeholders across Asia.
