As a Procurement Lead, you'll play a key role in overseeing all procurement activities within the Singapore entity. The role focuses on ensuring efficient and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in sourcing, purchasing, vendor risk management, supply management of services, and compliance with regulatory requirements across the legal entities.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, Legal, and key suppliers to negotiate contracts that deliver strong commercial, service, and risk outcomes.
  • Drive cost savings, value creation, supplier optimization, and continuous improvement across procurement activities.
  • Develop and deliver subcategory sourcing strategies across APAC, supporting both regional and local business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ESG commitments, and thirdparty risk and outsourcing requirements.
  • Lead supplier lifecycle activities, including RFPs, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Provide clear procurement insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Contribute to regional and global procurement, risk, and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Support the effective use of procurement tools, systems, and governance frameworks, while living Liberty Mutual's core values.

Experience & Skills:

  • Procurement experience spanning multiple categories, with a strong focus on services procurement and commercial value delivery.
  • Proven ability to focus on due diligence and vendor compliance activities.
  • Demonstrated success managing RFPs and competitive sourcing processes, developing robust evaluation models and driving fair, defensible outcomes.
  • Solid experience in commercial contract management and thirdparty risk, including drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier obligations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment around commercial objectives.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial and datadriven decisionmaking capability, supported by clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and outcomedriven, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience using contract or supplier management systems to support commercial governance and performance tracking.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of Jira and procurement systems to support reporting, workflow, and analytics.
