- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing spare parts and consumables requested by Engineers.
- Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to support daily operations.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all products supplied to the company.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
- Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time supply.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure performance and compliance standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
