Procurement Executive

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, and equipment
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and service reliability
• Source and develop alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruptions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements
• Liaise closely with operations team, chefs, and outlet managers to understand and support procurement needs
