Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistic and Inventory Management for Raw Materials
- Perform full logistic process including all shipping documentation
- Closely liaise with various suppliers on delivery promptness and commitment.
- Communicate with the management, all contractors on the costing estimation
- Negotiations of the project in order to ensure all issues are handled
- Develop cost reduction to enhance the overall value of the project
- Ensure all items purchased and received according to specifications & compliance with standards
- Manage all purchase requisition, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Manage contracts such as purchasing, certificates, renewal inspection
- Answering to suppliers, vendors and internal enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level with at least 2 years of related working experience
