Procurement Executive

Our client is a High Tech MNC
Office: Central

Key Responsibilities

. Support day-to-day procurement across global suppliers and customers

. Coordinate with Korean and international teams to align on demand, lead times, and delivery schedules

. Follow up with suppliers on order status, delays, and documentation

. Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or risks early

. Maintain accurate data in tracking systems, and prepare regular reports (e.g., delivery status, inventory, lead time)

. Interpret and translate business communications, emails, and documents between Korean and English

. Support ad hoc projects and urgent requests from HQ or regional teams

Qualifications

Required

. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, international trade, engineering, or a related field

. 2 years of experience in SCM, procurement, logistics, or a related function

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

. Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export documentation, or customs processes

. Internship or experience in manufacturing, electronics, or a global company
