Job Responsibilities:
Manage contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, approval, renewal, and termination.
Oversee vendor relationships and performance management.
Issue, track, and monitor purchase orders and delivery status.
Ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and inventory control.
Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and analytics reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues.
Support ISO audits and vendor performance reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in SAP system.
Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
