We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement within the marine engineering (HVAC)industry. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Liaise with forwarder to arrange incoming and outgoing shipment
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of procurement experience in engineering industries, Proficiency in the marine (HVAC) industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Prefer Mandarin speaking and able to liaise/communicate with China supplier
- Proficiency in Globe 3 software (will be an advantage) and MS Office Suite.

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 08.30am to 05.30pm and Sat 08.30am to 12.30pm
