Procurement Executive | Material Sourcing | Hotel Furniture Supplier | Renovation Project | RFQ | Negotiation | Ubi
Salary: SGD 2,500 SGD 3,000 (depend on exp)
Working Days: 5 Days | 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi (Vertex Tower)
Jobscopes:
- Participate in external and internal meetings
- Support functions for project budget and cost control matters
- Perform material take off from drawings (if required)
- Sub-Contractor/ Vendor management including RFQ, tender evaluation, work order preparation, claim certifications, variations, retentions and final accounts
- RFQ from supplier to Quote for Hotel Construction project
- To keep Explore & Build up a supplier network for furniture & raw material (Building interior renovation, etc)
- Locating key suppliers, negotiating the company's purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the company's specifications.
- Budget Allocation & make sure to get a best pricing to achieve a better earning yield
- Sourcing for the best deal in the market
- Coordinate between designer & supplier to make sure the supply & deliver of good matching the due date & requirement.
- Maintenance a good relationship with all the Vendors.
- Issue PO, DO, Invoice & quotation.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree holder with relevant experience
