Procurement Executive

Job Description

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of procurement process from calling RFQ/RFP, support evaluation of goods and service, negotiation on quotation
2. Manage daily operational purchasing activities.
3. Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs
4. Ensure compliance with procurement policy and company guideline
5. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
6. Logistics coordination with shipping companies, freight carriers/forwarders for all export matters to Southeast Asian countries
7. Undertake any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• 2 years experience in procurement, supply chain management or Inside sales, preferably in ICT Solution/IT Distributor/Reseller environment
• Additional advantage if you have experience in Telco carrier and/ or Data Centre services such as CoLocation, Cross connection and Internet
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Familiar with Partner and Distributor rebate and incentive scheme
• Knowledge with Business Central System and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
