1 Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our procurement operations and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Lead the review and enhancement of procurement processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
Provide comprehensive procurement administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and generate monthly reports, including inventory summaries and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
Manage and verify invoice receipt for assigned outlets.
Review and validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and expediting administrative tasks and projects.
Communicate politely and professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Support the procurement team through strong organizational and communication skills.
Maintain supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders accordingly.
Proactively engage stakeholders to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities.
Contribute to team results by performing additional related duties as required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and operating e-procurement systems.
Resourceful team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong command of written and spoken English.
Ability to serve as a translator and procurement liaison for Chinese restaurants - proficiency in Chinese is essential.
