Job Summary

Join Index-Cool Marine & Industry as a Procurement Executive to lead sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain management within the marine engineering (HVAC) sector, ensuring timely material availability and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from order placement through delivery to ensure supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material demand and maintain timely availability of resources
• Coordinate with forwarders to arrange incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations
• Monitor supplier performance through regular assessments and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business needs
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards
• Execute additional procurement-related duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in engineering industries, with proficiency in marine (HVAC) sector
• Strong negotiation and communication skills demonstrated through successful supplier engagements
• Mandarin language proficiency to effectively liaise with suppliers in China
• Familiarity with Globe 3 software and Microsoft Office Suite to support procurement operations
