An established and leading public healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract finalization
• Support Facility and Project Managers on procurement needs, including tender preparation and cost analysis
• Conduct sourcing processes such as ITQ and RFP
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors
• Support contract negotiations and maintain procurement documentation
• Monitor vendor performance and prepare KPI reports
• Contribute to process improvements and support departmental planning
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant procurement experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
