Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from evaluating suppliers to processing purchase requisitions and orders.
- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for medical equipment, consumables, and related supplies.
- Negotiate quotations and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and MOH guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, verify deliveries, and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs effectively.
- Support annual stock audits and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SCMS) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
