. Operational Procurement - Perform downstream procurement transactions including Purchase Requisitions conversion, supplier onboarding, resolution of invoice disputes issues between Suppliers, End-Users and Finance Accounts Payable.

. Operational Efficiency - Achieve or exceed the Service Level Agreements (SLA) for PO conversion, and continuously provide improvement plans to the downstream procurement process

. Compliance Management - Ensure all Purchase Requisitions meet and comply to Sembcorp's Group Procurement Policy and other internal relevant policies.

. Supplier Management - Conduct and follow through on Supplier Performance Evaluation jointly with business stakeholders by relationship management.

. Stakeholder Management - Provide advice and recommendations on procurement matters.
