Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement operations to support business objectives and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include sourcing materials and services, evaluating supplier performance, preparing purchase orders, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and ensuring timely procurement processes. The role also involves monitoring inventory requirements, maintaining procurement records, analyzing purchasing data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards. The Procurement Executive will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support smooth operational workflows and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing operations, and supplier management
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, contract coordination, and inventory planning
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Proficiency in preparing purchase orders, procurement documentation, and reports
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and quality procedures
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and data management tools
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
• Familiarity with vendor management, budgeting, and supply planning is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support continuous operational improvement
