Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing based on team needs.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Implement and support procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.
- Manage vendor onboarding, compliance and performance monitoring.
- Address supply chain, quality, delivery and commercial issues.
- Drive procurement process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- Leverage digital procurement tools to enhance automation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project and operational needs.
- Guide and support Procurement Assistants through knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within M&E, Construction or Marine industries.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and tender support.
- Good commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with procurement systems and digital workflows.
- Proactive, structured and team-oriented.
