  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capability
  • Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when needed
  • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or defective items
  • Maintain proper documentation of purchases, contracts, and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (typically 1-3+ years)
  • Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Ability to analyze quotations and make cost-effective decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
