PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. We are looking for a Procurement Executive who has the ability to spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Qualification of Vendors
- Updating information on Vendor database
- Filing and management of Vendor data
- Preparation and issue of Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Preliminary evaluation of Bids received
- Preparing Quotation reports for Client approval
- Preparation and issue of Purchase Orders
- Expediting of Vendor information
- Expediting of Vendor equipment
- Preparing and updating Procurement Status Reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveyor, Engineering or equivalent with a proven track record of capital equipment purchasing
- Relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical setting will be an advantage
- Min 5 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, sourcing for CAPEX project services
- Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Aptitude in decision-making to evaluate bids and compile reports for use in determining successful offer
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prepare and maintain complex records and files in an automated system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with relevant parties
