PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job requirements

GCE O or N levels / NTC / ITC / Diploma graduate or its equivalent.

With at least 1-2 years relevant experience in Procurement in an Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Marine Industry.

Knowledgeable in MS Office, Navision/ERP System.

Knowledgeable in ISO Procedure.

Working knowledge in procurement operational procedure and contract laws.

Able to interact with all levels of management and suppliers.

Candidate must be based in Singapore.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement of indirect goods and services.

Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, vendor qualifications, etc.

Respond to supplier, vendor and internal inquiries.

Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.

Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management
