Procurement executive

We are currently representing a renowned Singapore-based homeland security solution provider in seeking a results-driven Executive (Sourcing) to foster strong relationships with suppliers, drive strategic sourcing, and optimize our return on investment. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing suppliers while sourcing new ones

- Obtain and assess quotes from suppliers based on BOM specifications

- Compile detailed cost breakdown assessments and provide actionable insights

- Continuously improve our sourcing process to generate better ROI

Key Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in a related field

- Advantageous if you have experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

- Highly motivated, outgoing, and strong negotiation skills

- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
