Job Description

  • Preparing and issuing of contracts and POs after approval.
  • To keep track of shipment of products by working with logistic coordinator to attain customer satisfactory targets.
  • Improve our market research along with solid analytical skills to make sure company in most profitable offer.
  • Responsible for ordering materials, tools, equipment and services.
  • Assisting in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic manner.
  • Input of stock into system
  • Close monitoring of stock level
  • issuing of sales invoice
  • Perform procurement and its related
  • Other duties as assigned.
