Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform documentation checks and assessment.
  • Perform Purchase Request transactions IT systems.
  • Perform IT system Goods Receipt and Acceptance of goods and services received as part of the procurement process.
  • Initiate Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and/or Invitation to Tender (ITT) for purchases of higher value.
  • Perform Contract Variation Requests (CVRs) for changes in contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate flight and overseas arrangements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in related field.
  • Two years or more of relevant experience in finance and/or procurement will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in more than one of the following technologies: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense.
