Procurement Executive (18-month contract), Office of Procurement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring Data is migrated and validated.
• Monitor migrated open PO and ensure compliance.
• Suppliers are onboarded within system for Source to Contract and Procure to Pay Process.
• Onboarding of selected catalogs into Ariba system.
• Track outstanding items and lead in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support in training users and assist them in usage of system where necessary.
• Use of technology to improve the process.
• Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Any Degree or a related field.
• IT, Data Analytics skills.
• Eye for details.
• Ability to articulate, present and work with Internal/External stakeholders.
• Structured thinking process.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
