We are partnering with a reputable organisation to identify a Procurement Executive / Specialist to support procurement activities across regional projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, commercial awareness, and experience working within structured procurement environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order issuance
- Prepare and review procurement documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal processes
- Evaluate supplier submissions, technical documentation, and commercial proposals against defined criteria
- Coordinate internal approvals and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Support sourcing activities including bid evaluation, supplier comparison, and cost analysis
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and ensure proper vendor management processes
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure deliverables are met in accordance with project requirements
Requirements
- Good understanding of procurement processes, ideally within engineering or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with APAC business practices and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with ERP procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Jaggaer)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
