We are looking for a Procurement Execution Engineer to support our production material purchasing activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations. This role involves order execution, supplier coordination, inventory control, and delivery performance monitoring. It is wellsuited for someone who is detailoriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of production materials, including order placement, delivery followup, and payment processing.
- Transmit material demand forecasts based on the master production schedule and daily production plan.
- Maintain rational control of material inventory levels.
- Collect and analyse supplier delivery data and take responsibility for supplier delivery performance.
- Handle nonconforming materials and slowmoving materials in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Fulltime bachelor's degree or above.
- Majors in Machinery, Materials, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields are preferred.
Experience
- More than 2 years of procurement experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Upright, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Good professional attitude with strong responsibility, learning ability, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP, SRM, or PLM is an advantage.
- Able to accommodate business travel when required.
Languages
- Fluent in English.
- Chinese language skills are needed for communication with HQ stakeholders (language requirement is solely for internal communication purposes).
