The Role:

What will you do

• Assistin the analysis of procurement data toidentifyopportunities for cost savings.
• Participate in the development of procurement process improvements.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assistwith administrative tasks, such asmaintainingprocurement records and documentation.
• AI Tool Exploration:
• Training Sessions:ExploreAI toolsin market and deliver training to simplify the daily job of team members, for example AI on Project Management, AI on memo, generating chart, slides.
• Maintain clear documentation on how AI tools can beleveragedfor various tasks, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

What qualifications will make you successful

1. Education:Bachelor's in DataAnalytics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
2. Skills/SystemsKnowledge:Good tohaveTableau/Power BI/Python/SQL
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis/AItools is a plus.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
