We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement cum Warehouse Administrator to join our team, supporting both our purchasing and warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate and source for new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Support warehouse operations such as receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and update inventory systems promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Assist in periodic stock takes, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements in all procurement and warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in procurement, warehousing, or supply chain administration preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Attention to detail with good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of F&B procurement and warehouse operations in Singapore will be an advantage.
