Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing with local and overseas suppliers, including order coordination and sourcing.
- Communicate with outlet chefs/in-charge on ordering matters.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and monitor supplier performance and deliveries.
- Collect weekly outlet invoices and key into finance system accurately.
- Ensure month-end invoices and reports are submitted on time.
- Support supplier evaluation, contract renewal, and system updates.
- Key in and verify daily sales data from outlets assist in monthly sales reconciliation.
- Assist in general admin and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in procurement related roles, preferably in F&B industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Able to start work within short notice
