Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  1. Handle purchasing with local and overseas suppliers, including order coordination and sourcing.
  2. Communicate with outlet chefs/in-charge on ordering matters.
  3. Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and monitor supplier performance and deliveries.
  4. Collect weekly outlet invoices and key into finance system accurately.
  5. Ensure month-end invoices and reports are submitted on time.
  6. Support supplier evaluation, contract renewal, and system updates.
  7. Key in and verify daily sales data from outlets assist in monthly sales reconciliation.
  8. Assist in general admin and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years working experience in procurement related roles, preferably in F&B industry.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  3. Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English and Mandarin.
  4. Able to start work within short notice
  5. Singaporeans only
