Procurement Coordinator / Manufacturing Industry / West

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the creation and tracking of purchase orders.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including surplus items, products nearing expiry, and related stock control measures.
• Oversee and expedite shipments from production facilities, managing stock allocation to customers according to planned timelines.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service and Sales teams to address inventory shortages or delays in delivery.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports for management review.
• Administer goods return processes in response to irregularity reports.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications and Oasis System will be advantageous.
