- Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Act as key contact point for suppliers to manage supply execution
- Manage purchase orders, order confirmations, rescheduling, and material planning
- Monitor demand, forecast, and safety stock levels to ensure supply continuity
- Resolve supply shortages and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Support supplier capacity planning, lead-time management, and performance tracking (OTD/LTD)
- Participate in supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain SAP system updates and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
