Procurement Buyer

(Electronics/ Mechanical, SAP)

Location: Jurong East
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Salary: S$ 3,000 - 4,500 + Transport Allowance + AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source & Purchase: Procure raw materials, parts, machinery, and services for production.
• Cost & Inventory Management: Minimize excess inventory and secure the best price, quality, and delivery.
• Supplier Management: Maintain and update the supplier and pricing database.
• Supply Chain Support: Resolve production line issues caused by material shortages or quality problems.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Work with QA, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve component issues.
• System & Compliance: Use MRP/SAP systems and maintain documentation for ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Marine) + 3 years experience or
• Diploma in Engineering + 5 years experience.
• Must Have: Experience with MRP/ SAP systems.
• Preferred: Professional purchasing certification (e.g., CIPS).
