Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract.
Drive cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
Plan and manage overseas procurement, including logistics and risk mitigation.
Perform demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Production teams.
Ensure quality standards and supplier compliance.
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
Utilize SAP for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
Lead and guide procurement team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered).
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with leadership exposure.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and cost control.
Experience in overseas sourcing / global suppliers is an advantage.
