Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract.

  • Drive cost control and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Plan and manage overseas procurement, including logistics and risk mitigation.

  • Perform demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Production teams.

  • Ensure quality standards and supplier compliance.

  • Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks.

  • Utilize SAP for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

  • Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.

  • Lead and guide procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered).

  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with leadership exposure.

  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and cost control.

  • Experience in overseas sourcing / global suppliers is an advantage.
