Job Scope
- Receive and process procurement requests, create and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely, quality, and quantity-compliant deliveries.
- Assist in the drafting and archiving of procurement contracts, and promptly follow up on order reconciliation and settlement to ensure accounting accuracy.
- Handle incoming material anomalies, coordinate with suppliers for resolution, and assist in addressing customer after-sales issues.
- Proficiently operate ERP systems to update logistics information and order statuses in a timely manner.
Requirement
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year related experience in relevant position
- Experience in communication or electronic technology industry is an advantage.
