About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Procurement Analyst to join our team, with a strong emphasis on barcode labelling and supply chain coordination. This role requires you to manage procurement activities, ensure timely stock replenishment, and coordinate logistics while maintaining accuracy in barcode labeling, batch tracking, and inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Barcode Management & Labeling
- Maintain barcode directories within GS1 and generate scannable barcodes.
- Send product labels (SKU, barcode, batch, etc.) to factories with each new purchase order (PO).
- Verify factory-printed labels and ensure product info matches specifications.
- Ensure carton box barcodes meet export labeling requirements.
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
- Order and track stock to prevent shortages.
- Work with suppliers on POs, deliveries, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for smooth shipments.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide insights for supply chain planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 0-1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Attention to detail, good organization, and strong Excel skills.
- Experience with barcode systems (GS1) and supplier coordination is a plus.
