Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in all process-related functions to optimize production efficiency. Collaborate with various internal departments to establish efficient process operation flows tailored to customer and business needs. Maintain production Work Instructions (W/I) and oversee SFC control processes and SAP processes, including ECO changes and implementations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen). Update and track the EC master list. Prepare and revise Working Instructions, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Conduct training sessions on Working Instructions for production staff. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Assist production during mass runs. Engage in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Nitec or higher qualification in engineering. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in process roles. Strong team player with effective collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments. Committed to compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
