Responsibilities:
- Contribute to multiple areas of the manufacturing process, including production, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep.
- Support engineers in executing all process-related tasks.
- Participate in Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Work Instructions (W/I) as needed.
- Provide W/I training to new hires.
- Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and production runs.
- Engage in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Nitec qualification or higher in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure.
- Willing to work on 12-hour shifts.
