Key Responsibilities

Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations.
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
Conduct quality inspections, sampling activities, and routine operational checks.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and emergency preparedness activities.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or other relevant technical disciplines
Comfortable working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
