Facilitation for HAZOP, LOPA and ALARP demonstration sessions
- Facilitate HAZOP, LOPA (inclusive of SIL Classification) and ALARP demonstration sessions for the existing refinery facilities in Singapore (i.e. Lifecycle Process Hazard Analysis) in accordance with company's internal standards and work processes.
- Provide all necessary guidance to the Scribe (internal) in relation to the preparation work and scribing.
- Ensure hazard identification and risk assessments are conducted to get an outcome with a higher technical quality.
- Ensure the session worksheets (i.e. analysis tables) and reports are written in accordance with company's internal documentation requirements.
- Provide necessary guidance to the session team members in resolving discussions and/or by identifying appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure 1st revision reports are issued to stakeholders in a timely manner to get their comments prior to the action close-out meeting with the refinery management.
- Lead the Action Close-out Meeting and ensure the management inputs are taken into consideration prior to finalizing the reports.
- Ensure the final reports are issued in a timely manner.
Investment project support (On a need basis)
- Provide process safety and allied HSE consulting support to investment projects.
- Lead process safety and allied HSE activities in investment projects and issue associated reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with Process Safety.
- Chemical/Process engineering degree or related field.
- Good competency in facilitating HAZOP, LOPA sessions for existing operating facilities (e.g. refineries).
- Thorough understanding of process safety and risk management in high hazard chemical process industries.
- Knowledge of HSE-Standards related to safety design in Oil & Chemical industries (e.g. API, NFPA, ISO, GAP).
- Must be willing to work on contract assignment for 9 months.
