Responsibilities:
- Request quotations and verify product specifications
- Coordinate delivery and service schedules
- Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and gather feedback
- Collect and analyze ESH data from process owners
- Identify trends, interpret findings, and support improvement actions
- Conduct safety inspections and training
- Support risk assessments
- Promote safety programs, incident sharing, and staff inductions
- Participate in inspections and ESH meetings
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirement
- Support audits and regulatory submissions
- Monitor on-site work and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate contractor activities and site arrangements
- Review process flows and identify improvement opportunities
- Support SOP and safe shutdown implementations
- Support emergency drills and preparedness activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
- Maintain emergency equipment and assist ERP updates
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- With 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Process Safety Management
