Process Plant Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Process Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading a team of maintenance personnel in a fast-paced process plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation).

Ensure plant equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and contractors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Prepare Risk Management

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve plant performance.
