Process Manager

Job Description

. Design, calculate and optimize processes in the fields of ultrapure water and wastewater treatment

. Generate & review PFD's, P&ID's, material, quantity and energy balances, utility and consumable balances as well as technical data sheets for major equipment items

. Generate technical specifications for packaged units, process equipment

. Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works

. Participate in HAZOP and safety review or assessment

. Participate in training, commissioning and start-up activities

. Ad-hoc feasibility studies/task assignments

. To work within the Design team and to support project managers on all project activities

. Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, optimization and hand-over.

Requirement

. Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical / environmental/ mechanical engineering

. Require minimum 8 years experience with good knowledge in process control, water and wastewater treatment

. Applicants should be self-starters, able to work independently, and have passion for water/wastewater, chemical and/or environmental engineering

. Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

. Proficient with MS Office
