Key Responsibilities:
Project & Site Management
Plan, coordinate, and supervisebuilding works (repairs, A&A, refurbishment, reinstatement)
Monitor project progress, schedule,and quality of work
Liaise with contractors,consultants, and internal stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and resolvetechnical issues
Quotation, Proposal & ContractManagement
Prepare quotations using Schedule ofRates (SOR) in line with contract requirements
Develop and submit technical &commercial proposals for client approval
Prepare and manage Variation Orders(VOs) with proper justifications and cost breakdowns
Source and evaluatesubcontractor/vendor quotations
Claims & Cost Control
Prepare and submit progress claims
Track claim status and follow up forcertification and payment
Maintain proper documentation forall claims and completed works
Ensure project costs are monitoredand controlled within budget
Compliance & Safety
Ensure works comply with regulatoryrequirements (BCA, SCDF, WSH)
Prepare and review Risk Assessments(RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method of Statements (MOS)
Enforce site safety and goodpractices
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare reports, submissions, andproject documentation
Maintain proper records for auditand compliance
Provide regular updates tomanagement and clients
Facilities Management Integration
Coordinate works with FM operationsto minimise disruption
Support maintenance, upgrading, andasset improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,Building, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience inbuilding works / FM / construction
- Experience in SOR, quotations, claims, and client submissions preferred
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel,Word) and basic project tools
- Knowledge of local regulations andsafety standards
